Would friends really try and kick the crap outta each other???!!!

This would be a certain crowd puller if it was billed for the ITA English Open in October!!!!

Well i saw the Photo's of the trip which had both their names up on the score boards, but we didn't actually SEE any of it!

Maybe a re-match this Oct is called for!!

As much as I think Mark Skyrme is a top class TKDists, I don't think his rib cage is as tough as 10 boards

Master Nicholls has always taught me that, when sparring a senior i should stand still, arms behind my back with eyes closed.

Are you implying different, I'm sure its in the encyclopedia  although come to think of it Master Nicholls did present that book to me and that particular rule is hand written lol

I was watching it again the other day so it's def still on there.
